The thickness of the booklet must not be greater than 1.5 mm or .6" in order to fit in the jewel case.
We recommend opaque, coated 2-sided (CS2) cover and text stock in the following weights:

4 pages: |
Use 100 lb. book or 80-100 lb cover |
8-24 pages: |
Use 80-100 cover (for cover) with 70 lb. book (for text) |
