Digital Formats

Since we are a full service shop, we prefer that you send your artwork in digital format. Transmedia will handle the pre-press requirements.

A color composite proof of the artwork is also requested if possible. Color information should be clearly stated.

Best Software Applications: Illustrator, In Design or Quark.

We accept artwork from most major graphics programs. Vector-based program are preferred, because they produce higher quality printouts. However, other programs may be acceptable. Contact your account representative for more information.

Preferred Disk Media: 3.5 Floppy Disk, CD-ROM

We do accept other media. Please keep a backup copy of your work. Contact your account representative for more information.

Digital File Transfers: Email, Internet, FTP Site

Additional Information

Supply all fonts associated with design and all supporting or linked files. Send only the files needed.
Color settings should be saved to match final output.
Save compressed files as self-extracting archives.
Pantone Color Matching System or 4 Color Process is preferred.
