Color printed on disc may differ from paper printed colors. Please allow for ± 1&Mac218;2 shade deviation.
Color may not reproduce accurately when they are overprinted.
If printing inside 47mm DIA, color may vary due to mirror and clear inner hub.

Halftone and 4-Color Process Screen Images

All film received must include a color proof, such as Chromalin, Composite Match Proof or Iris.
Laser printed artwork proofs are unacceptable.
If printed with a halftone without a white solid base, the ink color will be altered.

Additional Information

A film positive matching the separation diameters should be included for a solid white background. (This will cause the project to become a five-color job.)

Artwork should exhibit sharp resolution and be free from scratches.

Max printing area with solid background: 47mm DIA to 116mm DIA.
Max printing area without solid background: 37mm DIA to 116 mm DIA

Allow for a 10% Dot Grain in the Midtones and 12-15% Dot Gain in the 3/4 Tones. Any dot over 85% will print solid.

The Dot Density in any overlapping should not exceed 280%.

The use of Vignetting (printing the central area of a picture while shading the edge areas gradually into white or black) is not recommended, this may cause a tonal jump.

Allow 1-2 point trap on all type.

Chromalin or Match Print Proof required.

Include Color Bar with Grey Scale and Slur Bars.

Registration marks must be located on the vertical and horizontal axis as indicated on the template.
