Electronic Data Management Solution: Retail

Company Profile
This international company features its products in over 44,000 retail outlets in the United States. Part of the Company’s success is due to its special customer loyalty program, which rewards customers for purchasing through the Company stores.

Problem
The Company needs to sort through data from their mainframe database in order to create specific store reports.

Solution
We developed code which sorts through 30 million records and creates specific store reports, as well as importable data, which we then print and ship out to the relevant store. Due to sensitive/confidential information contained within these reports, it is critical that reports are sent to the correct store.

Results
· Efficiency – No need to coordinate multiple vendors. Data is sorted, printed and shipped from   the same location.
· Fast Shipping - We are able to ship to most locations in the continental United States in three   days using ground shipping, due to our central location in Kansas.
· Accuracy – Our experience working with similar projects means we have established quality   control procedures in places to ensure correct data and correct shipments.
