Company Profile
In just three years, this company grew from a start-up operation to a leading publisher of software for handheld devices. Its products are sold in over 8,000 retail outlets, online and in device bundles from handheld device manufacturers. The Company is constantly expanding its product line to meet customer demand and take advantage of new technology, such as WiFi Internet capability.

Problem
The Company needed a reliable and efficient way to package, store and ship their products. Using multiple vendors to get this accomplished would mean lengthy delays between store demand and shipment of the ultimate product, which could inhibit company growth.

Solution
The documentation included with the product is printed onsite. Then the raw components are assembled to make a retail-ready package. Components, from packaging materials to media, are sourced, so that the inventory of approximately 500 separate products never runs out.

Transmedia also handles product distribution, keeping track of the specifications for each warehouse or store, such as pallet size, labeling and height restrictions.

By taking advantage of our established infrastructure, the Company was able to focus on product development and promotion, allowing the company to dominate the market in only three years.
